Tan Aik Seng, Managing Partner

Tan Aik Seng joined the firm in 1992 as an equity partner with Executive WorkPlace International. Tan has been involved in executive search, assessments and onboarding assignments. He has successfully led his team to concluded multiple mandate search assignments from Istanbul to Tokyo (East to West), and from Shenyang, China to Melbourne, Australia (North to South).

Community involvement

13th Alumni Batch of IATSS Forum, Japan. Member of the Church of Good Shepard, Singapore. Frequent invited guest speaker to industry. Conducted popular workshops on topics such as “Strategic Hiring and Onboarding,” “Grammar for Business Professionals,” “Business Writing Fundamentals,” and “Devine Assessments for Hiring Better Candidates”. Tan and his wife, Ferlyn, reside in Singapore with their two children.

David Devine, Chairman and CEO

David Devine is the Chairman and CEO of The Devine Group. David joined the company in 1992 as Chief Operating Officer, and was named President and CEO in 2002. His leadership has grown The Devine Group into a significant market leader in the field of human resource and assessment solutions. David earned his Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and his Graduate degree from The University of Chicago with a concentration in Organizational Development. David also serves on the Executive Board of the Dan Beard Council of the Boy Scouts of America and is a member of American Mensa, Ltd.

Erik Lutz, Chief Operating Officer

Erik is the Chief Operating Officer at The Devine Group, where he oversees and manages the finance, accounting and legal functions of the company. Previously, Erik served as President of Great Southwest Mortgage in Scottsdale, Arizona after founding the company in 1995. In 1999, Erik sold the company and continued on as President of Great Southwest Mortgage until 2007, growing the business from 5 employees in 1995 to over 1,300 in 2007. Erik serves as the Secretary of The The Devine Group’s Board of Directors, and also serves on the Board of Directors of Home Equity Partners, a real estate management firm, and IQual, a financial services software firm.

Sherry Mathew, Authorized Reseller, India

Sherry is an HR/OD professional with global experience. He has over 26 years of industry and consulting practice in a broad area of human capital management and organizational development. Sherry is the Proprietor and Principal consultant of Rightsketch Business Solutions, an organization based in India focusing on Assessments & Analytics, Consulting and Training. Sherry is passionate about helping clients make SMART investment in people to deliver sustainable business growth. He has held senior executive positions in Indian and Multinational corporations such as Bayer, Sealed Air, JohnsonDiversey, Ipca Laboratories to name a few. As a consultant he servers clients across sectors: manufacturing, BFSI, logistics, media, communications, hospitality, education and many more.
